Problems come in all shapes and sizes. They can be solved visually, strategically, with word-smithing, and more. I like to get to the root of the problem by asking questions, and talking with users. I've found that when I'm struggling, I typically don't understand the problem fully.
I've always worked in a team setting, I strongly believe that working together helps everyone get further, faster. I don't know everything, I love working with people from different backgrounds and perspectives. I love to learn about people. Plus, when it's time to celebrate, it's more fun with other people.
I've spent the last handful of years working in the HR industry, where I've learned how to solve complicated problems, simply. I have been blessed to work with some of the smartest people I know, and will be able to bring the knowledge that I have gained in future opportunities.
I am comfortable wearing multiple hats, and working tight constraints. I am looking for opportunities to make a positive impact—whether that be on the community, for the people using the product I help build, the team I work with, or any of those combinations.
